A Fantastic budget hotel with excellent guest service and clean rooms. The location is perfect and very near to the Museum of Islamic Culture, Rolla Market and Rolla Gardens. I would highly recommend the Hotel to anyone looking for a cheap stay and cheap commuting to Dubai via E303 Bus from the al-Jubail Bus Station, which is only 1.4kms away. Outside the hotel you have Laundry, Gents Salon, Doctor, Hospital and a good choice of Fast Food Restaurants and supermarkets, all are situated at very close walking distance.

The rooms are not as good as what they show in websites. Not neat. The A/c in the room makes a lot of noise. I had changed my rooms couple of times there and the condition is same in all. Not a good value for money.

very bad service,, what they promised they dont provided. front desk staff dont know how to speak with guest specially mr jobe, they are trying to argue with guest, this is my first visit and this is my last visit on this hotel

I booked it online but when they showed me the room, the room and whole hotel was having such horrible damp smell that i cancelled the room without a second thought.
Yes it's cheapest hotel in whole UAE but stay if you have blocked nose.

Water pressure is so small , please keep on eye in this matter , taking shower in this water with a low pressure water even though it has a hot water , it's so terrible , I hate low pressure water while I m taking shower

This was the perfect hotel for me. If you’re looking for an excellent price with all basic necessities: air conditioning, wifi, mini fridge, daily room cleaning (fresh sheets and towels), and a good location, then this is your best choice. The staff, from the receptionists to the room attendants, are all professional and make every effort to satisfy your needs. If for any reason, you are faced with something unexpected, the manager, Mr. Mounir, will provide first class customer care (I’ve stayed at five star hotels that can’t match this service, also that’s probably why the rest of the staff is so good). So it's a win win - you get the budget price with all basic needs covered and the elevated customer care in case you need it.
