  The best residential building in the Silicone Oasis, along with D2 and D3. Low rise buildings, brand new and beuatifully designed common areas. Nice small courtyard / garden inside. Nice gym and pool. There is Carrefour on the ground floor and they deliver very fast too. Plenty of underground parking, as well as covered parking for guests in front of the building. Just dont rent flats above or near Carrefour delivery area as it gets noisy in the mornings. Huge flats, 1-bedrooms have laundry room and guest bathroom. Also your water and electricity bills will be included. Maintenance is very good.
