I wish I can give a 0 star!!! The worst ever service! Incredibly unprofessional and RUDE owner. I have booked an appointment well in advance with them giving them all details about the project and timelines. While waiting for them to arrive they said their project manager have left the company this morning!!! How come this is my problem. They promised to send someone in 30mins (after already waiting for 20mins past the meeting). After ONE HOUR the owner calls and say I won’t take this project! Why then confirm the meeting when all details given upfront and 2 confirmation was given by your staff to have this meeting??? SUCH A WAIST OF TIME!! Not only that but he also was RUDE and closed the line !! Save your time and find a professional company!

Contacting Handy Scandy was a breeze and I was able to get them to come in to make a quote for the bathroom renovation I wanted them to do. The quote had everything in it which meant that they kept to budget throughout the whole project. They were able to accommodate my needs. I was happy with the final product and I would definitely recommend using for renovations.

Messaged the company on WhatsApp and gave them a detailed brief of what works I wanted to get done. Someone got in touch wanting to come out and see the works. Appointment was set well in advance and then no one showed up at the agreed time. No one responded to calls after that.
Save your time and find a more professional outfit that will keep their time and agreed upon schedule.response / report this review
