I have been visiting Orange auto for almost 2 years now, for my regular car services and other auto jobs. Initially the services and professionalism was good with little to complain about. However, once you become a regular customer, in stead of improving the services, the staff seem to give little importance to the time and commitments given to the regular customer.
In spite of making a booking for car service, preference is given to walk in customers and regular customers are asked to wait as the staff (specifically the front desk staff) doesn't want to loose a new customer, probably thinking that regular customer will continue to come, even if the level of services are dropped.
The services provided by the technicians is ok, nothing to complain about (at least I haven't come across anything to complain about) but the front desk definitely needs to brush up their customer service skills.
After a string of disappointing encounters with the front desk, I'm definitely not going back for any services here as there are many other Auto service centers in the Al Quoz vicinity, and probably loosing one customer will not make any difference to Orange Auto but if the management doesn't take any necessary action, there will be a lot of unsatisfied customers with a lot of bad reviews.

My car have been always in their safe hands.have been doing preventive maintenance and I also got some mechanical repairs and brakes replacement .. I have moved recently from Dubai but I believe I better travel to Dubai and keep my car comfortable. Aamir is my #1 advisor

I have been with orange auto shop for quite sometime. They are my "go to shop' for car detailed repairing. I had a little noticeable dent in my car and had them fixed it. I was a bit anxious as its a brand new car. They fixed it flawlessly, i am quite amazed as it turned out perfect! Will definitely come back fot ceramic coating as Berna knowledgeably suggested to us the ceramic coating. She showed as the actual finished product and explained to us the benefits of it. Thank you Berna, for accomodating us. I love it!

Had great experience, people are very honest, great service, very much pleased with products abd services they have, highly recommend. Apart from this, they have free wifi, place to pray, ladies and gents restroom, best magazines of dubai, they offer coffee, etc.

Thanks to your team, Well done! my new tires previously not balanced properly at one of the leading tire retailer in U.A.E (Twice they did but no clues) but I felt vibration at high speed and no solution at all there . Later I found Orange Auto through internet and they did right balancing and now I fell like new car driving. Keep it up!

I went there when they first opened their service was excellent, frontdesk staff were very knowledgable. The next year I went to get my car serviced, wow there service was bad. They serviced my car and detailed it which think they over charged. They gave me a list of things that needed to be repaired but didn't think to call me and ask me if I wanted them fixed. They told me that a panela on my car would need to be replaced as a scratch was too deep. I got it fixed somewhere else for 350aed.

Their "standard tinting charges" seem to fluctuate. I was quoted a figure over the phone, another figure in person and a completely different figure (I don't mean due to VAT) upon receiving the bill. I would not recommend them nor did I tint my car with them.

As per this comment and yours as the owner of this fantastic establishment; no thankfully I did not tint my car with your company and yes I did ask to use a voucher - which Seems a little irrelevant to mention but sure. Maybe you should spend less time posting passive aggressive comments to dissatisfied customers and try to improve your customer service. I was quoted 900 without discount and when I handed in my discount coupon I was told that it’s 1200 now for the same product.

I had a problem with my brakes ( vibration braking on high speed ) and I got recommended to Nour . He welcomed me and took care of my car . Time 2/3 hours as promised my car was ready ! With my surprise everything was fixed withing few hours and the team was super kind . Definitely my new garage . Professional, efficient and money worth. Thanks guys !

As I’m typing this review, it’s my 3rd time here all due to bad finishing of the protection films both, the side doors and one of the car windows. It’s horrible. Technicians are not professional at all especially for customers who are particular about excellent results. It’s a failure. It’s hassle for us to drive all the way from the other part of Dubai to this place just because of the petty issues where the technicians can do better jobs. They just don’t pay attention to details and I guess not properly trained?! The 2nd time around, we had to wait for hours in order for the films to be replaced due to the misinformed from the staff. 2nd and 3rd time around, there are no greetings from the staff. Lacked of customer service skills. Overall, it’s very disappointing!

I went there for pirelli tires to be installed and got excellent service, please ask for ram kumar as he really cares about your needs. I also got great pricing on ceramic paint protection, dont go anywhere else! Orange auto knows what they are doing!!

Highly skilled technicians, excellent staff and time efficient servicing are just a few of many great things about this garage. I came in for a simple tire change and they got the job done extremely quickly. One of their technicians informed me that the brake pads needed replacing. Got them replaced as fast as the tires! Spoke to one of my family members about the repair and turns out they gave me a fantastic deal! Would recommend this place over any other

I came in to tint my car and the service advisor noticed my tires were in bad condition. He explained the problem and gave me the best recommendation for new tires. When I discussed it with my friends later and I told them about the price, it turns out I got a great deal on the tires as well. Friendly service, professional technicians and a great atmosphere. I won't go anywhere else in Dubai from now on.

EXCEPTIONAL, each and every time. I have been a customer of Orange Auto for over a year now and definitely will continue to be . There are few reasons I keep coming back ; I have tried to summarize my experience on each visit:
a) First experience - 3M tint . Done perfectly by excellent and courteous staff. What blew me away was the cleanliness of the facility and the customer lounge area which is very comfortable. In my 2 years of taking my car to other garages, I never felt comfortable hanging around the facility like I do with orange auto.
b) Second time - Tyre replacement - Best price in market ; executed efficiently and for low cost. Couldn't be happier.
c) Third time - Brake pads change - Again quoted brake pads cost lower than anyone else and work done for very good price and very well done.
d) Fourth time (best experience so far) - Nano Ceramic coating ( Highly recommend this). They saved the best for this one. They changed my 4 year old car to look like brand new . Threw in free polishing , engine bay cleaning, nitrogen filling and best thing ever was they even fixed my 'sticky keys'( buttons inside car getting soft and sticky due to heat) for FREE. This really was the game changer for me .
Words cannot describe how good the work was.

e) Fifth time - I went in a fifth time for a tyre puncture and a damaged wheel bolt. They fixed everything for half the cost I expected.

If you want your car to be taken care by professionals who you can trust for their quality of work; this is the place.

If you have a car in the UAE, and you want to get interior or exterior detailing done, close your eyes and walk in to Orange Autos. I called them up this morning around 10 am for an appointment. Edward advised me I could come in right now. I went in there with my SUV in terrible exterior and interior condition. They performed express detailing for me in 2.5 hours time. The boys really work hard and pay attention to details so you walk away as a happy customer. Thumbs up, I will return with my other car and refer friends to you.

I had been shopping around for a trust worthy garage that was clean and easy to use as most previous places i have found are not. Once there they recommended which tires i should put on my car, informed me of the benefits of using nitrogen filled instead of regular along with dos and fonts about driving and regular tire maintenance something i was completely clueless about. its amazing how a little bit of effort and information can make such a big difference in my experience. Hats off to you orange auto i shall be back soon!

Issues happen as people make mistakes and it's how issues are dealt with that leave a lasting impression. I had a wheel alignment and wash/wax. The wash/wax was great but the wheel alignment was not initially done correctly as the technician swapped around my wheels (with directional tires on them) to make the car go straight. I found out when taking a turn during spirited driving and the car handled badly and it made me look more closely at my setup. I had to return on two occasions for the ultimate repair to take place.

Long story short, Edward, made sure everything was corrected, repaired, expedited after they found evidence corroborating my claim on the swapped rimsbut the time I had to spend to make repeat visits was costly for me.

Would I come back again, yes, now that I saw how Edward dealt with the negligence of one of their staff (whom I'm told is no longer with them). I would always rather pay full price for a first time good service, but like I saidthings happen.
