  Crown plaza overall provides good service to its customers in Dubai but don't understand what's the reason here in Ajman.

  The rooms are not clean.
  There is no hot water in the room for one week .
  No towels are available for all rooms.
  housekeeping staff unprofessional.
  Not good food and no hygiene.
  There is no training program for staff.

  باختصار المكان هذا لايصبح لبشر محترم
  It’s the worst place you can spend a night in
  The check in was slow and anoing
  The room is not clean and have broken furniture
  Yellow water in toilet or no water at all
  Broken toilet
  No towels or sleepers
  
  I don’t know how this place is licensed at all

  My stay here has been a nightmarefrom non functioning door lock, broken down refrigerator and sloppy room service..the only thing they do right is when it comes to charging people " international standard" applied for that alone. Such a disgrace to so called modern contry..I give it a minus 1 *(star)

  Good hotel. Nice room and other facilities. But the pillows are very uncomfortable. And the restrooms are quite small.
