Neeh is the supervisor/manager of the beach area. He should NOT BE a manager of a supermarket.
Im a regular customer for the past 3 month to the beach access with my emirates platinim card. With more than 9 visits all staff knows me.
This week i forgot my card at home he did not allow me to enter with a photo of the card.
0 STAR FOR NEESH to ruin my day and 1 star for ajman saray to make this guy a manager.

The room was great! The staff were courteous and helpful.

The location is terrible, in the middle of nowhere. It is 90-120 minutes to downtown Dubai. If it was a giant property, with lots to do, that distance would be ok, but it's a tiny property and there is nothing to do.

The management has crazy ideas about the value of money. A donut costs over $2. The donut can't be that good.

"Ultra all inclusive" means you can eat at the adequate buffet, have some drinks, and one of TWO cocktails. I'd call it "semi-inclusive". There are no nearby restaurants when you get tired of the same buffet every day.

I'd give the property a pass. You can find a better hotel.

If you want a relaxing weekend far from noisy and busy life of Dubai then you can come here. Prices are more expensive than all the other hotels and resorts in Ajman but worth it. Good for small families with young kids, not so fun for teenagers or honey mooners.

One of my favorite hotels in the UAE. Friendly staff, a very welcome reception, relaxed atmosphere, great food, beautiful setting, clean pools and just the place to reset yourself for as long a stay as you feel you deserve. Definitely a frontrunner in the Starwood range of hotels and resorts.
Kudos to the management on a job well done.
It's those little things you do that makes all the difference.

Lovely hotel very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There are two pools and a nice private beach. A few different restaurants too choose from. Prices seem reasonable for a hotel. Is a little out of the way but if you don’t plan on exploring it ideal.

Amazing and friendly hotel. The stuff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much of a bother for them we have been made to feel very welcome and comfortable. We even got a sea view upgrade upon arrival! Food is delicious and the beach is lovely. I would highly recommend.

Beach view restaurant and bar is fantastic for a silent booze, outdoor bar area with sofas is best place to sip snd enjoy with friends ,gentle sea breeze and the sound of wave totally give it a different feel and the ambience created by low light arrangement is fantastic

Had plesant stay here in November 2017 2+child. Room was big and clean. Ask view to sea. Breakfast was good with lots fruits. Personnel was friendly and always happy to help. Recomended eating friday brunch at the beach restaurant. One of best hotels I have stayed.

Im Really so Mad of the Service of Bar , We came from far away from sharjah to drink 2 beers on the beach as long we are regular guest and we knows last order on the beach Bar is 2 AM , when we reach bartender refuse to Serve us , we inform him Sir please treat us wt ever u can and dont spoiled our night we came from far way but still he refuse we Inform him we are hoteliers and we knows what starwood this kind of service can not be acceptable , we request to meet the night mgr Mr tareq came and he apologyes and he offer us the lobby bar , we said its fine even if we are guest and u can order for us , but u are requesting us to move Fine , we went there we took our beer and we request another batch of beer and they refuse to serve Again on the bar table , what i can not understand is this starwood promise for them guest the waiter who is in lobby respectable more than the one who Act night manager , Im really Very dispointing and so sad , this kind of service who will let our buisness down .

Hotel design is nice, rooms are specious and comfi, food is great, staff is helpful and friendly. Only one minus that one big pool can be used by adults and kids so you cannot swim as kids are splashing water around. It would be nice to separate pool for adults and kids.

The staff were very attentive in an actually helpful rather than annoying way. My room and the meeting facilities were nice. The water temperature in the room was actually under my control, which has not been the case at a couple of other hotels where I have stayed in the region. A pleasant, basically walkable commercial area is nearby.

Just back from staying at the Ajman Saray. The hotel certainly lived up to its 5 star rating in every way. The hotel was stunning as were the rooms.The views of the beach and sea were fabulous. The staff were extremely helpful, very polite and welcoming. The food was varied and well prepared. On several occasions we had our diner via room service and all the staff were fantastic especially Nevrinda.
My only suggestion is that the shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall which leaves at 1pm returning at 8pm should be leave earlier or 2 buses be provided.
I cant wait to return.

A luxury hotel / resort located on the beach shore of Ajman. Its a small but neat hotel with plush interiors and a great view of the beach. We visited vista fine dining and the food was good but not the best. We found quite a lot of visitors checked into the hotel which indicates its quite popular. The prices seems to be a bit overrated. However the ambiance look and feel definitely complements your stay at d hotel.

Excellent value. 50 minutes drive from Dubai Marina. Well trained and attentive staff. Good pool. Beautiful location and plenty of adjacent hotel restaurants and bars within walking distance along the corniche. It's ideal for a relaxing weekend escape from Dubai.
