  My son had accidentally dropped my Apple watch and the glass shattered in the bathroom. Apple wanted to charge me AED 2600 for a replacement, with only 3 months coverage - NO AppleCare available. So I was searching for a solution at a more compelling price and found Althawra!
  
  The gentleman contacted me via Whatsapp, asked some clarifying questions about the condition and provided me with a price quote - AED 460. I agreed, within 3hrs a pickup was arranged and the courier picked up the watch. A written order confirmation was provided to me. Within 2 days I received a response that the watch had been fixed. A courier came and brought me the watch back - in meticulous condition and nice wrapped in bubble wrap alongside a paper invoice.
  
  I am EXTREMELY satisfied by the service of a small shop like this and the quality of work! I would approach them again by any repairs in the same field. Way better and environmentally friendly solution, than paying for an expensive Apple replacement with little warranty period…

  I have had my Apple watch 5 repaired with Althawra and would like to thank them for the amazing work. Repair was done super fast at a very reasonable price and free pick up and delivery. The watch is working great and looks brand new again.

  I dropped my iphone 11 and the screen cracked. I reached out to a few repair companies in Dubai and Althawra responded promptly and offered the best price. My iphone was collected from my apartment and returned a few hours later good as new. Excellent, speedy service at a reasonable price - highly recommend this company.

  I'm very happy with the services provided by Althawra. They managed to repair my water damaged phone, which could not be repaired by another company. Further, the staff was very friendly and gave an update on the repair within no time. Amazing service.

  My Friend's Laptop had an accidental spill of tea. At first we hesitated to bring it to a shop. Then we decided to bring it to Althawra. We had a wonderful experience from the store. The laptop technician knows what he is doing. We even got the diagnostic procedure for free. I will recommend this shop to my friends! More power and thank you for the excellent service!
