Has a wonderful sea view. Due to the apartments being owned by multiple owners, some are maintained well while many are is a dismal state. The area is a minor tourist hotspot with a beach and many restaurants, bars.
The building has a swimming pool and two gymnasiums (separate for females and males) and the elevators are really fast (ear-popping-ly so).response / report this review -

The surrounding area is nice with the beach close by and many places to eat. The building is secure with 24 hour security. However, there some negative points. There is quite a lot of noise from the busy roads on the cornishe and the building has a bad cockroache problem.. cockroaches are regularly seen in the building and they crawl under your front door. This is due to people not living in a clean way and not disposing of their rubbish propely.

I live their now and wonderful beach seen from my living room at floor 33 , every thing near me , Subway , roasted botato and other restaurants , laundry shop , supermarket are in same building , adjacent to center point , and infront of the tower lots of famous fast food KFC, Pizza hut , Burger King , Tikka, Krispy Kreme , and not far from Ajman cooperation market , ,,, besides that all. the towers on the beach directly
