Very good price, a very nice view on the beach with balcony if you want to sunbathe on the balcony drink your morning coffee. I came for a weekend and stayed for 4 months !! Very friendly and very professional staff they all do whatever it takes to make the customer like king. A lovely shisha cafe downstairs in very nice case with delicious Moroccan food. Since my stay I have come back regularly to Mermaid Beach Hotel for a weekend to recharge my batteries, it feels good.

Really loved the services offered by sinranjeeth singh and his team. The room was spacious and frequently sanitized . Extremely professional and truly made our experience home away from home. We would highly recommend this place for their services and the stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Mermaid Beach Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues, family and friends!! Special thanks to Ms.Rina who is so kind, extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.

My 2nd visit here. Had a very pleasant stay as usual. Loved sea view from the room. Just a 5 minute walk to KFC, Pizza hut, Krispy Kreme etc. The staff were supportive and the rooms were clean. Experienced a very good hospitality. Great value for money. Parking along with wheelchair accessible entrance is also available. The receptionists were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Experience there was not upto the mark because rooms were rough and dullkind of boring so many creepy crawlers😣 lower staff was very helpful and the manager was also a cooperative person he helped us change the room. Reception lady was a dumb standing and staring😑 never ever buy anything from the room service they will charge you like hell this hotel is good for people who want to enjoy there whole day on the beach and just come back to refresh and sleep in their hotel room. Some renovation and a good interior designer ☺ is highly recommended.
