  It's 4 stars resort, very beautiful garden, and the beach is clean and large area. I liked the 2 swimming pool and also the kids playground.
  I tried the arabic breakfast service in the room and it was delicious and more than expected.
  The check-in and checkout was fast and helpful.
  The problem is that they are very slow when i called them 3 times to bring baby bed and they brought it at night after long time.
  Also the tv remote was not working so i called them 2 times and nobody come to fix it.

  A unique resort in everything , designs, decorations , pools and facilities.We went there more than once and enjoyed the two big pools and facilities.However , in the last time it was not a good experience , we were surprised to notice the low hygiene level after we saw old traces of dry lipstick on the room mugs and when we called the room service they handled this issue very carelessly and in an inexperienced way, they took the mug and washed it inside our bathroom with their bare hands instead of taking it back and sterilizing it being an old dry disgusting stain! Even the towls they were folding them in a disgusting way . The next day, we went to the cafe in the main lobby and ordered two hot drinks, they served my cappuccino almost cold ! No need to mention that they took ages to bring the order and there were no much customers.
  We hope the management care more about these issues and follow up regularly because we like this resort and wish to visit again.

  The restaurants are great... food is amazing. We went for the day pass on Saturday for 103 dhs which includes buffet lunch and beach access and pool and fitness. It's amazing ... great location. Calm and quiet environment. You will love it

  I called for the beach and pool day use however they didnt inform me that its red flag due to weather. So when i arrive a bit disappointed cause i plan my day to be in the beach. Anyhow i end up eating at your italian restaurant. Take the business lunch which is great. Ambiance is good, relaxing place and i enjoy the food. Kudos to chef alegre and barren.

  Excellent place to spend some relaxed laid-back time away from the hustle bustle.Nice serene sea side atmosphere with good landscaping and a small but good pool and a good coffee shop for late night work or leasure meets.

  We got upgraded to higher floor on request...higher floor has good view. Enjoyed the family pool and beach. Room was clean. Service good. Spa therapy by Sindhu was excellent, front office ms. Nina was very cordial. Overall good experience.

  It's an amazing hotel in which the pool and the beach area are pretty much near and in sight of each other.
  The food was good, the staff was very cooperative and always smiling Specially Mr Khalil. He is very supportive.

  Great Hotel, very calm, good for relaxation. Always a great experience. The staff are professional and well trained. The pool bar is amazing too, very friendly staff, specially a guy called Musawer, always happy to serve the guests with a smile. Highly recommend Hotel for relaxation.

  Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, reasonable rates. Location is perfect for partying and going to the beach. You barely have to step away from the front entrance to "get it started." The staff is awesome especially Ms. Nina.

  Unlimited free WiFi, hot tub, children's pool adults' pool, gym, lovely sandy beach with water sporting facilities, generous choice of breakfast, alcohol free policy, big spacious sunny clean rooms, lovely smiley staff and management and the list goes on. What more can you ask for?

  It feels like home coming to this place!   Simply fabulous! There's everything we could possibly wish for: private beach, cold and heated pool, jacuzzi, practical gym and tennis courts. Plus staff was super nice. Grand piano in the hall a plus!

  Good quiet accommodation, with helpful Philippine staff. Very pretty exterior grounds with excellent warm pool and relaxing, laid-back beach,well serviced. Only criticism.......... blacking out of CNN television...........shame!
