Need to work on the lobby facilities. I have been there to pick our guests, the entrance is disorganized and there is no door man at all. cars blocked the entrance and nobody is there to control the entrance.

Good experience at the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were a large group and they tried their best to Stastny everyone's requirements. The rooms could have been better lit and cleaner. The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything you need is within a walkable distance.

My family is a hotel enthusiastsevery month we go and book hotels for us to enjoy our get together The hotel ambience is simple and lacks comfortability, the airconditioner is only set on cool temperature, not gonna work out on those who like it cold. The set up is on a low cost end which i can easily find in our low end hotels in our country. The staffs by the way are friendly yet we just got offended by how they took all the products in mini bar and mini snackbar on the two rooms we booked, i wonder if they do the same to the other rooms. The pool is small for such hotel with lots of rooms around.. I cant speak much on the food, we tend not to stay longer and look for a better hotel to enjoy.

Comfy, big rooms, big beds, but no view at all, and you had to ask the service to get them to vaccum clean the carpet. Very good value for money.
