Good prices overall for cpus and memories. Not for cases and video cards. Some sellers have no idea about hardware, beware before buying, make sure everything is compatible and working

This place never failed to amaze me. I have been visiting this mall for the past 15 years everytime I visit Dubai. This place a heaven for computers, peripherals and software products and you get excellent prices. Through the year several branded products are made available on attractive offers. Definitely worth a visit!

Be very careful in here. It is one of the only places to get computer parts for cheap, but getting replacements under warranty is a nightmare. Also NEVER EVER pay upfront or more than a token advance because they absolutely will NOT stick to any committed time frame for delivery of your parts. Pay by cash if possible, as they also like to charge extra % for card usage. YMMV with different shops, but if you watch out for the above you should be alright.

The place where you can all the computer related items, cables, hardisks, high end PCs, gaming PC's no matter what, you can find everything here.
There are genuine products and second quality products also to choose from.
A bit crowded during weekdays and will find it difficult to get a parking in the front of the complex, try parking backside and have a small walk to reach.response / report this review -

In this place you can find all kind of computer parts. If you can't find something, just ask and they're going to get it for you. You can buy branded computers and you can buy customized ones. The prices are much better than what you find in the shopping malls. However, they don't tell you the real prices and all the shops unify the prices so you can't bargain and go for other shops.

Excellent variety of technology related products available. If there's any place in Dubai to find a specific component of a specific product, it's here. Not to mention, prices are not set on all products and bargaining can get you reasonable prices on items you'd be interested in buying.

I had a very bad experience with this store. Recently my friend purchased a Dell laptop and we were promised that this will have one year international warranty. When we checked Dell website, it showed that warranty was ending in mere 3 months of purchase. There was no support from computer care at all to amend the warranty. The sales person was rude to the level that he said "then you should not have purchased laptop from here". If you are purchasing machine from here and intend to use in another country, I would suggest do make thorough enquiry or better spends extra quids and buy from somewhere else.

The salesmen at the kiosks are a great help when looking to buy mobile accessories.
I wouldn't recommend purchasing items that are not available in original packaging for they might be fakes.

It may not look so fancy but it is probably the best place for all your computer needs at reasonable prices. It's not big at all but it has plenty of shops. Always remember to bargain.

This has turned into my one stop shop for laptops and accessories (both gaming, and business). The staff are extremely knowledgeable (You might be surprised how much they know!) and helpful. Excellent, genuine products, with really good prices!

Get over here for all computer and mobile products. Lots of computer shops selling components at reasonable prices. If you bargain you might get good deals also. Just remember that there is no underground parking facility in this building and this can give you a lot of headache, there is a paid parking called PATHAN parking at the back side of Al Ain center but it expensive 10 dhms per hour. So make sure you take taxi, bus or metro to reach this place and avoid parking hassle. Metro station is close by and also the taxi is easily available.

I had my laptop's screen replaced here and I was very satisfied with the service. The guy from the computer service boutique and parts on the right side from the entrance helped me by ordering a new screen, replaced it quickly without many questions and headaches. And the shopping center in general is nice, clean and quiet. Visited the place a few times and always had good experience.
