  Went in for what I thought would be a quick 30min consult and instead left 3hrs later; though, I'm not complaining. The care and attention that was shown to me both by Dr. Shams and his consulting team was phenomenal. He looked, he listened, and then he advised a best course of treatment. Though, in the end he allowed me to make my own decision, what was ideal for my budget and lifestyle at the time, and then did his absolute best to accommodate me.
  
  Prices are fair from what you would expect in Dubai. I left feeling I had been treated quite well and look forward to following up in a couple of months. I can recommend this practice to anyone looking for a skilled orthodontist.

  I don't really enjoy going to a dentist but if I have to , I know Dr. Shams is my go to dentist. Such a positive environment at Crossroads 👍🏻

  Very professional and knowledgeable, was recommended there by a colleague and I have to say I'm very impressed.
  From the consultation chair we went directly to the dentist chair.
  Everything was done with cleanliness and professionalism.
  Would recommended to a friend.

  It took me more than 6months to look and decide which dentist that deserve my trust.
  Because I didn’t want to lose/remove a single tooth and all other dentist either their solution same or not attractive.
  DR. Shams Tabrez he was referred by my best friend and the first thing it made me to choose him the communication skills he has, professionalism, friendly and good acknowledge what he is doing.
  I still remember his first question (why you want to make braces is it for smile or to correct the bite). That two questions immediately attractive me to go ahead with his process.
  Even I was living in Abu Dhabi and he has two offices in Dubai only (Crossroad in Deira & Clove Dental Clinic in Sheik Zayed Road)
  So whatever I paid, it worth it in the end, I love my smile now
