  Worst bank ever, I paid full amount to cancel the credit card and have been following bank for 4 months to close my card but neither customer care team is supporting nor contact center, whenever I call they give me reference number and Citibank employees don’t give importance to solve the reference numbers - looks like they give reference number to track how many calls and emails they receive from customer.

  Dark ages!! So I'm not a massive techno fan but with the ongoing issues and the drive for contactless payments I am SHOCKED that @ApplePay is not available with Citibank in the UAE. I've been a Citibank client here for 10+ years and am seriously considering moving to another provider with the same benefits (Emirates Miles + Tier points) who supports ApplePay in the UAE. Seems a shame but this is the 'new normal' after all. Bye Citibank :)))

  A totally useless and unprofessional branch!
  I've never seen any bank across the world worse than them! tons of staff are walking around and passing and wasting people's time! They closed my account with ten years history with zero notification and sent me an email to go to this messy branch to collect my mangers check. I went to them three weeks ago and they said it's been sent to my PO Box and when I check my PO Box there is nothing and even post office has not received anything from them. Again, I drove more than 40 minutes to reach this branch and after waiting more than an hour I left the customer service with clear response!!! They do NOT know where the check is after two month!! A TOTAL MESS.A TOTAL CARELESS AND DISASTEROUS BRANCH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do NOT call it bank, not even a messy garage!!!!

  I used this bank for few years in Dubai, unfortunately it is a big name but when it comes to retail banking the overall impression was poor. Untrained staff, some sales persons with the bank business cards made promises to customers that turned to be false, even when your accounts with the bank qualifies you for a private banking you need to discover that, the bank keeps silent
