  We tried to order 3 large cups of milk tea. The staffs refused to take our order because they keep on telling that it's not enough for delivery. To think that our order will amount to 63 AED, and our location is only In front of union coop Al Wasl. Other restaurants or milk tea houses that we use to order, delivers it to us even 2 cups. We love the Chatime products, but this time it's too disappointing. 3 times we tried to order. 3 times they refused!!!!

  A small place with only 1 staff but service was great even though it takes longer than usual because it is undermanned.

  The missing star is the unavailable car parking or at least stopping space for order-grab-and-go drive-through clients.
