Gr8 place to hang out with friends & colleagues with some nice chai and samosas. Service is good and fast. Filli tea is gr8. I would love to visit again.

Is an OK place to hangout and eat. Seems to be a favorite here specially amongst the expats. Can grab a quick bite, decent food, drinks. Samosa is good. Best time to go is in the evening even the weather is pleasant if you want to sit outside. You can shay's sit inside of you want.

This is the first Filli I visited. I wanted to spend some time outside. So I picked this one that had outdoor seating. But it was full when we got there. But the interior setting was good. They had some interesting offers then and so we ate to my heart's content. Good place to hangout with your friends.

My most visited destination since the time I have come to Dubai!

Ambience
The inside ambience has improved considerably over time but I love sitting outside on the steps of Dubai library or the tables arranged. It is so serene and open. Amazing in winters!

Food
Love the blue storm on Hot Summer Evening and love the Tea on Cold winter evenings.
Oman Chips Sandwich, Samosa, Chocolate Cookies, Egg Sandwich are all quick bites which taste delicious.
Beef and Chicken Burger they need to improve on as it is too dry and the patty is also average.

Service is nice but if you order sandwiches or burgers you'll have to wait quite a bit.

Filli Cafe Mankhool is a real cool place, any season any time it's full. Its a fantastic place to sit and chat in between sipping the refreshing tea and nibbling at their yummy eats.

Have been frequenting this cafe for over 8 years now. Their zaffran tea is to die for - a bit too sugary but that's the charm of it. They have expanded their menu over the years and now offers a good variety of snacks along with beverages. They have also expanded to other parts of Dubai - kite beach and bur juman immediately come to mind. The place is lively till late night - also, good place to catch a football or a cricket match with friends. Highly recommended.

Only reason for a 4* rating is that they don't not accept credit cards.

A popular joint for a casual chat over tea. They have good variety of tea and their snack menu is limited but serves the purpose. People go there for the zafran tea which is especially popular. If the snack menu also gets the same recall value the experience will be better. Worth a try.

Filli is very famous for its verity of tea. Now they have proper high tea menu, there are a lot of others branches, this one was small but same taste of tea. Here you can get tea in your car.

It is very popular joint with residents around for the outdoor seating area and for serving tea to your vehicles in parking. Tea is decent but they put a lot of sugar. Has many other menu items similar to any other coffee place.

Best place to meet friends during the weekend late at night. It specializes in zaffran tea. The chocolate milkshake collection is one of the best I have ever seen. It has milkshakes of many different chocolate brands.

Concept is good, food and tea is good also, staff is ok and the place is good.
Two things which aren’t good about the place is
1. No INTERNET provided by the cafe which is not a good idea.

2. They don’t accept credit card payments which is again so not good.

Nice indoor & outdoor seating, good parking spaces, quick service, courteous staff, good taste. What else do you need? Perfect place for a short meet with friends or family. Only thing is, they could provide wifi facilities - they don't have one as of now.

Nice sitting arrangement but too sweet tea. They can't prepare tea as per your taste of sugar. The tea is rich in sugar almost saturated with sugar, which spoils the entire visit to the cafe'.

Kick ass place to have South Indian style milk tea. Parking is difficult. There is a mosque and a gas station nearby.
Outdoor seating makes it very pleasant.

Nice and cozy place in the middle of Bur Dubai. Seems like a lot of youngsters hang out here (saw a few older people too). I ordered their samosa and saffron tea combo. Samosas were smaller than usual size and tasted well. The saffron tea is delicious. One of the best I tasted I must say. If you are around Bur Dubai, you must try this. Oh btw, tea comes with sugar mixed. If you have diabetic concerns, let them know upfront.
