Every time I have been to Chanel Dubai Mall, I have had to wait a long time in that small store to be served. Then when you finally get attention, anytime the staff go off to check on something or look for something, they take a very long time and come back smelling of coffee or snacks. The company policy seems to be 'Treat the Customer as badly as possible'. Nasty people.

Raicest stuff i come to see some options of wallets they said ( lady with brown hair and china lady ) they dont have it then a russian women came the show her all the collection .. they even give u massive negitive energy kicking u away from them .. the shop i luv cause it has lots of collection but not the employee

Since few months I'm trying to buy a gift from this shop unfortunately they keep me waiting for longer than 30 min and then i had to leave without buying anything. It seems they are shorten of staff and still they didn't realize that. 👎🏽

The best boutique in area. It's the only place that I like to shop for clothes. They have really great on-trend pieces and lots of cute Free People jeans and Chaser tees. It’s the best place to go when you need a cute outfit and don't have a lot of time. I also really like the new t-shirt line that they I get from this shop. If you're in town you should definitely pop in sometime and check it out.
