  The prices are higher than moderate.
  The staff is not really customer-oriented and dedicated.
  
  A drinking water dispenser for free refill of your own drinks bottle would still be a pleasant addition.

  I didn’t like unnecessary lie of sales man Ahmed in Coach Dubai Mall as he said that monogramming are charged 250 dirhams, but only cause I was waiting he will do it for free and asked me not to tell to nobody that he made it for me and when I asked price of the monogramming in Coach City Walk , they told me it’s free and on official site it’s mentioned that it’s complimentary . Due to color What I need wasn’t available there - he said to buy it from him the color they had(black) and to exchange it at any Coach shop in Dubai to color(maroon) , I could’ve actually bought it from other shop upon availability , rather than going through all this drama. Still don’t understand his approach, as it’s not acceptable to misguide customers with such lies for getting sales by representing good brand like Coach at their main store in Dubai Mall.

  As a travel agent: I was able to shop at the Dubai Mall and see the latest coach bags. The store was excellent and the service was outrageous. They had the bags laying out and not chained up like at the mall in NYC. Loved the fact that there is no sales tax in Dubai.
