On Google Maps it say that Al Qimma Print is open from 08H00 to 22H00 six days a week. According to the neighbor they do not have business hours - they are open when there is someone available. I came there at 12H30 and the business were closed. I phone the number on the door, and the guy told me that he will be there at 14H00. I came there at 13H50 and wait until 14H30. When I phone him, again he told me that he will be there later. I used them in the past, and the service was excellent. The guy know what he is doing. Service was fast, and efficient. They are friendly and pricing are good. For an opened business, I guess I would give them 5/5. For not having business hours, made an appointment and not keeping their promises, it is unacceptable for a loyal customer.
