  Really lovely place to sit outside - fabulous beer garden with a great band. However, the service is incredibly slow - the staff are friendly but there aren't enough people to take orders there can be several table all trying to attract attention. This would be a definite 5 if the service improved as it is such a nice location.

  The staff were rude and did not know how to treat customers so we left before even ordering a drink.

  I don't know how much you guys care of your guest and how you guys take feedback? I often visit the captains arms but today I was there I order one drink and ask for peanuts but he was busy it's fine and went to ask another drink he was still busy he as another colleague to serve me peanuts but he replied him "lauda do " means very bad word in Indian language means give him d***" I understand his language. I ask him why you are using bad words he told me it's not for u it's for another colleague. And he told me to not create scean. I ask for manager instead he call drunk Arabic guy I am not sure if he is local. He threatened me to leave the bar or ealse he will hit me and he pushed me without drinking I left. This is the last time ever in that place highly not recommended place. Incident happen 6:30 on 15-11-17 colleague name start from R not sure Rasheed or something. I will never back and never recomand but still for your business leaving this valuable comments
