  Band was great best ever band in abu dhabi we are only coming to this side of d city to watch them from cheers til they transferred to hub33. But unfortunately the egyptian security guards made our experience worst than ever.. Very rude people .. I think they dont know d word respect!! We r customers and customers are always right!! Instead of apologizing to d mistake he made he chose to argue.. well to make things clear i will give a short breif.. me & my husband came to have a good time and see our favorite band after a very stressful day.. soon as we came my husband asked if d parking is free or paid parking.. d security said YES FREE and when we came back we were surprise dat we got parking fine.. and when my husband ask d egyptian guard he denied and argued and worst raised his voice to my husband and pointing his fingers to him.. Is this how ur people treat customers?? Were they not brief on how CUSTOMER SERVICE is?? Just so disappointed!!!! Very very disappointed.. please teach this people how to treat customers with respect!!
