The dentist is always late, appointment times are always changed. Staff didn't tell me he was starting work at 1pm so I sat for an hour waiting. They have just cancelled my appointment for two days time as he is going away on holiday and I booked this 3 weeks ago, don't tell me they didn't know well in advance he was going away and now I have tooth ache but he's already applied for approval from the medical insurance so if I go somewhere else my card will be blocked. I've just given up with the attitude of how I am treated.
