Amazing facility for treatment. You don't feel you are in a hospital. Extremely professional staff as well.

The hospital, administration staff and nurses are great. First class facilities without a doubt. However what is the point of offering an 8am appointment if the doctors are never there. This has happened to us on more than one occasion. There seems to be no consideration that patients have work to go to or that we are happy to sit around waiting for no one to turn up on time. If doctors are unable to make it to an 8am appointment then simply do don't offer it.

Well I meet the worst doctora in my life Doctora Pretty (neurologist) before a knowledge you have to be human being, you make me feel there is no humanity in the world. Firstly she never introduce herself while she entered the room and even worse than that not communicating with the patient, simply passing massage to computer.(Auto lab ) and without saying any single word she told me take next appointment to another department , Was horrible experience she don’t deserve to be a doctor.

For the building I would give 5 starts of course. However, I trained in the US and I know how doctors respect their patients and get back to them if they requested a call back. I called twice trying to speak with Dr. Paskal and every time they tell me either the doctor or the nurse will call but no one calls back. Previously it happened once with another doctor at the same hospital from a different speciality (IM). I’m not sure on which basis they are doing this. يمكن ما يتنزلون؟!. I am actually a physician working in a governmental hospital with great patients load and we do call our patients all the time and discuss further management plans!

Amazing hospital with an incredible staff. They're fast and efficient, with some of the best doctors and nurses in the world. The whole place feels like a 5 star hotel with a 10 star medical staff. I went to establish a primary care physician for yearly checkups, and i had no idea how impressed i was going to be.
Dr. Khan, with internal medicine, was the most helpful and caring doctor I've ever met. The rest of the staff was outstanding. I moved from nurse to doctor to labs to pharmacy, all in a matter of an hour, with kind, helpful answers at every stop.
I've despised going to medical facilities for years, but that all changed today. I don't think I've ever cared enough to write a Google review about any place, but that all changed today too.response / report this review -

Registration was very smooth and fast, however unfortunately the general doctor in internal medicine could not treat a simple illness and referred me for a CT scan and appointment with specialised doctor, was told they would call me to give me the appointments,, it has been 5 days and yet to receive any calls (keeping in mind no medication was prescribed to relief pain until the necessary scans & appointment)

Came in though the emergency room, they took our car, registered and they took us straight to the doctor, we didn’t even wait.
The receptionist, nurses and doctor were extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent treatment every single time and with all doctors and nurses. Apart from the beautiful interiors of this hospital, they offer the best treatment in the UAE.
Admittance to emergency is fairly quick according to severity of your condition. Booking an appointment is also convenient and they call to confirm/remind.
I once had a very severe emergency case and while a specialist doctor was not available, other doctors took great care of me and I never felt worried.
I also had an outpatient surgery and I was well prepared for it, and doctors educated me very well on my condition, it’s side effects and the procedure. I went to a doctor in a Dubai clinic and he barely explained 10% of what the Cleveland Clinic doctor did. The surgery went very well and follow up was comforting.
I know a few people who had their surgeries here and none had any complaints about the treatment. Very highly recommended hospital!response / report this review
