Thank you for great service's and coffee.
Best coffee in the UAE and USA,.the staff is outstanding, hospitable, friendly, providing courtesy, they go out of their way to suggest items from the menu and keep me happy as a customer.
I have been at Burjeel hospital for 8 Month's and a regular customer. I keep wanting to come back! Great staff and Management! The staff goes beyond their way to make customers happy.response / report this review -

Haii I visited to the hospital
I saw restaurant Caffe Vergnano . Menu was affordable. I had only a coffee ☕️
Service was good but restaurant Manager Nabanita I believe her communication skills ( English) very bad and a personality not good as a head of department. I have visited many hotels and a restaurants. I never meet like her and I was very disappointed because these are basic and you are presenting restaurant . I don’t review but I felt to write at least management should aware it’s not street food restaurant. Next time when you hire someone presentable and at least basic English can speak .response / report this review
