CSD:2 contacted HMD carpentry service for a flooring repair and this was a remote job but they kept me updated throughout the job.Thanks for giving my furniture a new and fresh look. I will give it 5 stars.

CSD services to do some cutting work (wood, metal and tile) and we were more than satisfied with the results. The team is well organized, on time, does a great job, cleans afterwards and is also friendly! . We highly recommend 👍🏼

Firstly I like to convey my congrats to Handyman work and Mr. Ahmad for living up to what service delivery is all about. He answered my call promptly, confirms my request and respond to it within a reasonable time frame. As soon as I shared my location, he was already arranging people to come over. Sadly, the staff who supposed to come and do the job, promised one hour of waiting time however only came after two hours plus. Again, Mr. Ahmad respond to my WhatsApp within minutes to get the updates. I like to sincerely thank Shamas for his politeness, sincerity in his job and his respect to the belongings of the people who hires him. He was neat and he knows what he was doing. To be honest, I believe Handyman work should do something about keeping track of the time where the staff reaches and start their work and this causes inconvenience where the time they think they are here and what time I think they are in my place. Gladly, after talking to one of the staff, I sort the payment out. However, it wasn’t a pleasant ending. Despite all this, I have given Handyman work a five star because of how attentive Mr. Ahmad towards his client and Mr.Shamas.

My family needed a couple of wholes drilled in our apartment and we had the company booked for certain day and time. My husband had to take time off work to be there for the technician! After company's representative being 1 hour late ( without any call, follow up or update) , we approached the company directly questioning if the the service would be still provided but got numerous excuses, countless forwarding from one person to another - none had any professionalism to sort appointment out/ reschedule/ send someone else ( we are literally 10 minutes drive from their office). Completely unprofessional! I'd not recommend their services if you don't want your time wasted like we wasted ours.
