If you have doubts and want to have a professional advice definitely creative zone will help. I have been very lucky to deal with Ms.Kiran she is just amazing very professional and you don’t have to wait long to get an answer either by mail or phone she is very responsive. She always help with the right information and guide you. Even if you have a dedicated Manager afterwards for your account but still I will go to her as I know that I will get my response. So if you need to contact a person I will recommend Kiran 🙂

For me personally I'm super happy with the service. Siva picked me up by car in the morning (on time), we went to do the medical test, then we went straight to another office to do the finger prints. The whole process took like one hour, super quick.
Also Siva was super friendly and has a great positive attitude, he also showed me some other place he likes in the area.
As an area of improvement I would say, I felt a little bit left alone with doing the paperwork and slow communication over email didn't feel like the right channel for that. Would be great if someone from the team would have jumped on a phone call after the send the documents and helps with the paperwork, since it takes 5 minutes for someone who does it every day, and takes much longer for someone who does it for the first time and needs to reach back out to via email.
This is just my opinion. I think this would benefit clients and Creative Zone, because it saves both sides time. Thank you again, would recommend.response / report this review -

My company Massive Dynamics has been dealing with CZ and their wonderful team for 5 years now. I’ve got my visa done through Creative Zone twice and I must say they are best in class. Very quick and professional. Siva picked me up from my residence for my medicals. The appointment was already scheduled and I was the first one to finish medicals on the said date. He also dropped me back home. Everything was swift. Thank you :) .

I dealt with these guys for 2 years now. They have always been super helpful and very fast when I've been dealing with them especially starting my own business. Enjoyed my visa renewal process with Creative Zone yet again. Racky who handled my process is friendly and helpful. Leo who was the PRO assigned to me was very pleasant and helped me through with the medical and emirates ID. I had to do nothing except show up for the blood test. The whole process was very quick and easy for me. I highly recommend Creative Zone services

I have used Creative Zone for the last 6 years with the registration and set-up of my company. I used them today to arrange my Residency Visa and Emirates ID. The service was seamless and efficient. The PRO was courteous, collected me on time and took me to the centre for registration and medical. I would recommend Creative Zone to anyone wishing to set up a company in the UAE

I have got my e-commerce license of shams free zone within days and it was hassle free. Documentation was easy you don’t have to move around a lot yourself. However im applying for a bank account and that’s the hardest part i guess i hope i get through this phase too successfully.
