The DJ was incredibly rude! We went up to him to request a song and he says "I won't play any Bhangra or Bollywood" - I was gonna ask to play nicki minhaj or cardi b! He said he would. An hour later I ask him why he won't and he directs me to leave! Just say you won't play it. He was just a dick on a power trip! I'm telling everyone I know in the US not to go to this place because it was an insanely horrible experience. Hope management will speak to this guy and set him straight! I would give it 0 stars if I could!

The worst Bar attenders ,,, they abused me without any reason ,, but I called the police for them and gave the whole hotel a lesson how to treat customers 😅

today on ladies night, I was rejected entry 3 times after displaying my UK drivers license, UK passport, Emirates ID AND Indian passport. I have been told that this is a club that racially profiles you upon entry and was stunned to find out that this was true. After seeing many coloured brothers get rejected, I stood up to the discrimination, telling the Arab bouncer he was a disgrace and he proceeded to inflict the damage shown in the picture. I will never visit societe again which is a shame because it was a great club 2 years ago, however don't attend unless you're a wealthy white male in his mid 40s looking to mingle with the same kind of people.

HORRIBLE societe ain't really for societe
Worst experience in Dubai!
Dubai is famous with its great nightlife and hospitality service.
And yes this bar was one of the top list! So our group went over last week (March 23, 2017) past 10PM, to experience societi as to what we hear it's great!
the security was good for not requiring us to show our ID, We went inside finding it's still empty, and only the staff standing on their station (most of the staff are Filipino) just looking at Us, aren't we human?arent we guest?.. 1. NO Greet, NO assist, We ask if we can seat on one table near the dance floor, and one Filipino staff just said yes, he let us sat there..(all tables have reservation) (the website said there is no VIP because they treat all their guest as VIP) for more than 5 minutes
2. NO ONE even gave the menu, one of us have to stand and make hand signal for menu, and it's like the staff are annoyed to give only one menu.. isn't it part of their job?..or atleast part of STandard operating Service to give a menu when guests sit down..
3.after ordering our first round of shots, and now ordering another round, the Filipino staff came and said that they NEED to ASK for EMIRATES ID and CREDIT CARD For them to keep!im sorry, we don't have Emirates ID because were TOURIST from KUWAIt and US trying to enjoy the night with friends in Dubai.AND For GODsake! Which club or bar?!!!! In the entire UNIVERSE ask for ID and CARD for hold?!!!you gotta be kidding me?!! But yeah I was patient enough to give what the staff asked for.. UNTIL
4. He served our second round of B52 SHOTs WITHOUT FLAME??? Why?? The server said they didn't put the the burning alcohol on it, if we order again they'll put it in next round..??? Seriously??
5. After we finish our shots, the same staff came back and said the our table is reserved and that the other table is available on the other side..we understood so we agreed to move, BUT here comes the staff again..coming back with more excuse that the tables are all reserve and that those (pointing at the back corner) is available.
6. And yes.. I can't count anymore..so I had to ask for the MANAGER, where he leads me to his supervisor.. in respect that the supervisor was older than me, I explained the scenario.. and the supervisor said "ma'am There is reservation placed on the table" .. Ofcourse I know?!.. but it wasn't our fault no one seated us?..no one assisted us?..right?there's even no apologies from the start?!.If you don't have the STandard service, atleast your own Good Manners right?.. but still acted cold.. and yeah.. because we felt this Club was so Horrible! So we paid our bill and left..
WORST SERVICE EVER! You should change your staff..they're ruining the reputation of your business..

They continue to send disturbing SMS messages although I have sent so many messages as OPTOUT to 4102 in order not to receive them! I don't like their disrespectful attitude!!! I do not want to receive any SMS or advertisement from this place!!! Don't disturb people!!!!!! If they continue to send these SMS messages, I will officially complain about them!

Very nice place EXCELLENT music but gets too crowded and sometimes the crowd is not great.
