Poor service by the staff, I understand that the product usually sells itself but that doesn't mean you ignore your clients and make them feel worthless when they're not spending as much as some of your regular customers. You're still shop assistants at the end of the day!

Almost always terrible service at Dubai Mall store over the past two years. The lady assistants in particular are very rude and impatient. Even if I buy something, I always leave unhappy and with a bad taste in my mouth. They sell on the premise of doing the Customer a favour.
