Lots of choice, but it appears difficult to get the staff to help you. They appear more interested in chatting to each other looking busy. Look if you like, but I'd suggest looking at the many other stores for actually buying shoes.

I purchased an item from them online and they sent me the wrong size and they don’t do refunds neither do they exchange the item for the next size unless you go to the store your self and do it. Beware! Very bad customer service and very poor after sales service

The best way to shop for shoes.
There are many good shoe shops in Dubai Mall, but I like the Level Shoes the best. There are several brands inside with shops, and there is a "marked place" in the middle, where you can look and compare lots of different brands and styles. The shoes they have here are pretty upscale, and so are the prices.

For the shoe lovers out there male and female this place has a wide selection of brands , shoe styles and bags for all. When the place is over crowded it’s difficult to get someone to support you and you have to wait for a long period of time before one of the staff can support. I think they are understaffed.

Horrible refund policy. Cash gives less privileges than card. No refunds allowed on cash for some reason. Cash is supposed to be king!

Was ready to shop but staff appear to make a profession of avoiding eye contact and vanishing. I just won't buy when I get that feeling. I left. Sure I am not the only one. Store looked good though.

The service is horrible. Great selection of shoes only thing that put me off is some of the stuff were reluctant to even bother helping probably because am black and they thought I couldn't afford the shoes. Walked out and I would never go back again. Next time will just go to the stores. Louboutin staff needs to adjust a lot.

Level shoes is a nice place In general but the service is pretty shocking especially at Christian Louboutin! Nobody even bothers to serve you there! I'd rather just go to the main store and receive better service.
