  Dear Chairman/MD
  I have been trying to reach the concerned departments for the last 3 days.
  Very sadly, I never manage to get through any person in the company. I have been told that " we don't allow people to talk to PROs, HRs, Purchase Department neither we entertain the calls". Even if it is regarding exchanging business prospects you will not be allowed to talk to any one in the organisation and this is decided by whom ?
  Front Office Executive/Receptionist or the Top Management?
  
  I hope that at least this review will be attended sincerely.
