The most horrible company and their staff. Horrible job done of replacing tiles in Dec 2018 which started shaking,the grouting came off and tiles started cracking. I complained several times their staff came twice but still horrible job done. At the same time they broke my bathroom wall tiles coz they were loose and not fixed properly so they came off while they were breaking the old living room tiles. They conveniently said they not aware of it..moreover they had left my tap and the lights switched on over night.
Then i told them to replace all the tiles since the job was done bad..that took them 3 months. So they came in March for new tiles. Still the grouting is done badly and they don't care inspite of soooo many calls and complaints.will doing the tiles work they spoilt my bathroom tiles with some which they kept saying will go within a week or so. Its been 1 1/2 months no reply. The most unprofessional company i have faced specially Mr Basid and Mr Guna who claimed themselves as manager.
