They replaced the hood and the grill with second hand parts that was awfully painted. and the car is extremely dirty from inside with scratches on the door handle and the rear bumper not to mention it took them a week not recommended.

I was a satisfied customer of cars but my last two services were a horrible experience. At both instances I didn't receive my car at the promised dates. To add to this, during the recent service, they kept my car for 5 days for a routine job of body repair, oil change, ac repair and wiper issue. Even if they had accounted 1 day each for respective issues, it would have been resolved in 4 days. Unfortunately, they frustrated me for the whole week. I have decided not to return to them anymore.
