This workshop used to be busy and that's because it was staffed by expert employees.
Not any more.
The business is clearly on its way out and staff were explaining parts delays and salary delays to each other while I waited there
Sadly I need to find a new BMW specialist :(

Over priced! If you leave your car there for any repair, good luck on getting any updates. You have to keep chasing around just to know what's happening to your car. They also have only one good denter/painter. One time I took my car there to repair a crack in my bumper. they did a horrible job so I took it back and they said that the most experienced guy for denting is on leave so I should come back after one month if you want a perfect job. Very unprofessional.
