  The nurse make 5 try to take blood from my 3 years old child , it was a painful experience and my child afraid to go near any hospital now.

  worst ever. one star i gave is too much.i had fever i went day before yesterday.fever came down but vomitings started from yesterday.today i had more than 8 vomits. i went again and doctor told it is ok. no need to worry and sent me back.i requested sick certificate.there told website is down we will give u call once it is ready.but there never called.i called call center there gave me direct number. i called so many times on that number.but no one recieved my call. i am very ill and i have to go again to hosipital. i promise i will never ever go to burjeel , al shamka

  Totally the worst ever experience,, I doubt the receptionist knows how to use the system!! It takes ages to check the validity of Thiqa card!! And the end she said it’s not renewed!! What is more I forgot to ask for the sick leave for my son,, then I called after 1:30 hours and I was confident that they can send it to me by email,, but they refused what is this?? In which century they are living!??
  First time and it will be last time inshallah.. I felt that I waste my time. God helps you all walla.

  تجربه سيئه مع موظف الاستقبال المصري ابراهيم. أسلوبه جدا حقير وغير لائق مع المرضى. يتكلم بدون احترام نهائيا ويرد على استفساراتهم بمهانه. اسلوبه اسلوب شوارع عند التحدث مع الزبائن. لن انصح بهذا المستشفى للاهل او الاصدقاء.

  The Dermatologist prescribed bunch of Medicines for me that I don't need just to benefit the hospital from my insurance. 👎👎👎
