I Booked an appointment last week for today . When i called to check it. The person who was in the counter didnt add my appointment in the system now i have to wait for more than a week to see the DR

I suffer from ongoing left sided body pain for quite a number of years now. I always tried different types of alternative medicine treatments since I do not want to take any meds, some treatments are okay and some are useless. I started seeing Dr. Nassima Bekkar (Acupuncturist). Wonderful doctor, very kind and compassionate, she definitely knows what she is doing. Most importantly, which is every patient’s concern is that the pain has greatly subsided in a really short amount of time. There is absolutely no rush in your sessions and you are not just another patient. Dr.Nassima attentively follows up with your progress each and every session. The Clinic has a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Shout out to the nurses Belinda and Jessie Jay, who do a great job in setting you up and adding a couple of different therapies to the session before the acupuncture is started by the doctor. Another shout out to Tarek for always helping out with the appointments or any concerns. If anyone is looking for Acupuncture or Hijama, this is the place to go to. Mansour.

It was my first time and won't be the last (in shaa allah)
I went for dental clinic dr.heba
I can't express my gratitude and the excellent experience that I've had .
Starting from the receptionist/admin: Mahmoud
He was so kind and friendly
The clinic was clean
The only point is the villas needs to be titled based on
the clinic specialist
I may have not noticed it
Dr.Heba was so Professional
Honest and clear
I do clean my teeth every 6 months for 7 years now and have tried several clinics
This is the top so far
Also the assistant was humble and very supportive sorry couldn't capture her name
The experience is beyond and above my expectations
It is very rare for me to give such feedback
But honestly well deserved

Dr Muhammed Amer is such a wonderful soul, he talks to you and communicates with you while performing Hijama so your distracted away from pain, very professional in what He does and takes every precaution that is necessary to perform his work!

The doctors here are great but the customer service is beyond bad , the receptionists are rude and lazy they desperately need some basic training almost impossible for anyone to answer the phone. Wouldn't be surprised if they lose customers due to the bad customer service, if it wasn't for their great osteopath I would stop returning myself.

Bad experience with doctors and specialist not professional in healing and they care about the profit, bad follow up
they will push youb to take backstage and they will not give you full healing to extend the backstage they care about the economic and month
