  Horrible experience. The sales people and manager at this store do not do their job in overseeing that repairs are properly done. Brought a handbag I bought 6 months ago back for repair and was told it would be my cost as cause was due to bag being over weighted. After arguing with the salesperson, the saleslady said that they will repair the strap for free as it was under warranty. They called us and said handbag was repaired. Upon review of the handbag, it appeared to have been stitched by a blind person. Horrible repair. Strap was restitched but the seam inside handbag was all coming undone and was uneven stitching. I refused to accept the repair and spoke personally to manager. She told me she would personally oversee the repair claim and we will be satisfied. The store called days later saying handbag was repaired and when we picked it up, the same strap that had substandard stitching that we originally had the store repair was completely missing on the handbag. When we told the saleslady the strap was missing, she argued that there was no strap. She later phoned the repair place and they confirmed they forgot to add the strap before returning and was still at the repair place. That store has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I still am waiting for the hand bag!!!!!!!!!
