  The vehicle reserved and confirmed by mail was not available. An alternative (which was not the desired type of vehicle) has been made available only upon massive protests and escalating to the area manager and only 4 hours after the original planned time!
  After two days we returned the car and it was checked-in without problem (as documented in the Check-in Form) we got an email explaining we should pay for a new scratch on the bumper. Unbelievable! This was definitely the last time with Dollar Rent a car!
