Bumble bee nursery, is one of the best nurseries in Sharjah and the UAE, the teachers are so professional and polite

Best nursery, that help the toddlers to improve their learning by different activities and build up their own skills. So Happy that my kids are in this nursery and I’m glad that my kids improved their language since they joined bumble bee.

I would never recommend this nursery to anyone due to the bad experience I had with their staff, unhygienic conditions due to which my child fell sick most of the days, unprofessional behaviour of staff and management never bothers to address the issues. The management would have employed proper staff and run this nursery. The receptionist's behaviour is non-tolerable. Also please do not fall into their fee discount offer and sign the agreement papers. DO NOT GIVE THEM PDCs. If you intend to quit anytime they will say 2 months’ notice was needed and will charge you two months’ additional fees and the discount which you got for the months your child attended will also be charged. Only after we pay all the charges they demand we get back the PDCs. If we ask to share the management contact details to explain the situation, they say to send an email to their info email.

They do not pay the staff on time. I helped them and worked for them when they didnt have any teachers at all. Everyone left them. I worked as a teacher plus sales. THEY DID NOT PAY ME AT ALL !!! And later ignored my calls. They only take advantage of people and only care about money making.

Absolutely the worst at resolving issues. We only just registered our daughter at the nursery and then had to change our plans as we are moving to Abu Dhabi. We tried to reach out to the nursery to see if there was any option for refunding the registration fee but they were very rude at all interactions and the reception lady even raised her voice at my wife. Whenever we ask to speak to the owner/manager she refuses to share any contact details and says the owner doesn't have time for these issues. The nursery may have a good reputation but God forbid you have any problems they will not help you at all and will even treat you rudely. I don't even care for the refund at this point there's no way I will put my daughter somewhere they disrespect and disregard parents in such a way.
