  If you like a quite setting outside the Dubai traffic environment where you can walk, this is an affordable and decent place. It used to have poor access which has now been taken care of with extension of Hessa St and you can reach areas such as Festival cities in about 45 min. Many restaurants and fast food deliver to the community.
  Like many places in Dubai, build quality is mediocre and air-condition mostly keep the apartments around 23C. Few lucky ones have reported it as low as 21.
  Parking is a bit of challenge if you have more than one vehicle, though recently additional parking was added.
