  I rented Ford Explorer, firstly she was rude, offered my reserved vehicle which they only had 1 at location 2020 Ford explorer to person in front of me, upon my turn she offered me Fortuner saying exolorer was not clean, when i asked her why was it offered to person in front of me she had nothing to say. I do not want to diclose her name here incident took place at 12:00Noon November 17th 2021. What customer pay for should be offered instead of keeping it for other in order to make more money. Baby seat was requested which was not available.shameful service.

  Very Good customer care service, Specially Ms. Arlen is very good, guiding and helping customers up to their entire satisfaction.
  Cars are maintained.
