  Great Customer service and great family atmosphere. Exceptional and highly knowledgeable Physicians....Least waiting time of all hospital around especially the Pediatrics department. They were the only ones that fixed my child's condition after going to many well-known hospitals around without any positive results until I came to Specialized. I do recommend them highly !!!!!!

  Worst customer service from receptionists to nurses, the management and pharmacist. My third visit today in one week and my condition has worsened! It has taken them 5 days to treat a simple sore throat.
  
  The ENT Specialist Dr. Tamer however, is recommended, he's a good one!

  Good doctor and nurses but i will give 1 star because of a receptionist name leilah she very rude and shouting to patient. No any consideration.
