My landcruiser met with an accedent and repaired in golden workshop. Manager Shankar, service executive Shebin, workshop supervisor Raja with their competent staff did a great job in a short time. Im living in dubai for 10 years and this is the best workshop i ever experienced. Excellent customer service and all staff are very cooperative. all technicians are well trained and competent. They use good quality parts as well. Even small dent they consider as a must and repair without any hesitation. Thank you very much guys

The guys working at reception are non-profession and not friendly. They were taking about me in Malayalam thinking I don't understand their discussion, but I understood everything. Basically they were not interested in coming out and seeing my car and kept handing over the responsibility to other guys. Finally a navie guy was assigned the task to inspect my car and collect the documents. And, the guy had to run back & forth from reception to my car outside to get the instructions from seniors at least 5 to 6 times.
The guy who came to assess my car damage after accident lacked confidence & common sense. In a car with history of rear-ended, he said only bumper damage will be covered, where as the exhaust is turned upside down and making noise while driving, and there were dents and scratches on the panel right above the bumper, which the guy said will not be repaired by them as police report does not mention it clearly. I said it is common sense that a car when gets hit from backside will suffer damage to exhaust, boot and panel above bumper, but they said they will not do it, till I change the police report.
Well, the funny thing is I did go to police station to change the report, only to be laughed at, the police asked me if I have option of other garage with that insurance and to take my car there instead of changing the report. I have dropped my car at other garage where the guy listened to the whole complaint and agreed to try his best to repair it, without making any hassle.response / report this review -

Very good garage to get your car repaired. A professional and friendly team, coordinator Mr. Sibin explained everything in details, nothing hidden full transparency. Got my car repaired, i like this garage, Highly recommend their services.
