One of the best service centre for your Toyota vehicle. well co-ordinated Staff specially Mr. Remesh Kumar. I dropped my vehicle there at appointment; and receive my vehicle on time; throughout the service my service co-ordinator Mr. Remesh call me twice to update me the status and deliver my vehicle on time. thank you.

Worst service centre ever visited. Shocked, Toyota isn't taking any action against them . Left my car for a day for major service which is 80k, got my car in this condition after service. You can see how good they have cleaned and washed my car. This is my 3 rd worst service at this center

30000 km Toyota never change cabin filter. Where poor service. New filter cost me 4$ in Toyota service it will be more then 100$

Well organized, doesn't keep u waiting long. Also shuttle bus available for dubai festival centre and metro station. Also sales centre available in the same building.

bad service inexperienced workmanship too expensive. wrecked the storage unit in a brand new car and didn't even bother replacing.due to which my next car will not be a car from this dealer.

Extremely dissatisfied. Firstly I signed up for the express service and they told me it would take only one hour hence I decided to wait at the service centre. However, it took almost 3 hours. Also, the last half an hour they made me wait telling me the car had gone for a wash. But when it came back it was actually dirtier. So I don't think they washed it all.

They lied about the availability of spare parts. I waited for 4 days.. then I went to shikh zaid road branch and bought everything in one day and with a better price (20% less)!!
