There is a good collection here and well organised. Was able to get the books my kids wanted. Roald Dahl and some baby books were on sale. It's located on the 2nd floor.

Excellent store, with a various collection of everything. Where you will find something you enjoy overhear. A great choice of books, games, stationary and toys.
A cosy Starbucks Café is also here as well. That’s perfect if you in a mood to have a great cup of coffee or a yummy snack!.response / report this review -

Really nice service and great variety of products - both books and toys for the kids are available. We got in love with one of their many medium sized dolls with accessories . The staff were all very patient with us while choosing the right doll - highly appreciated. Recommended for both books and toys. Very satisfied with the customer service.

One of our favourite stores to visit! Great selection of toys and gifts, stationery and of course books of many kinds. We can easily spend an hour here. Their book offers are great to check out esp for kids' books. They have seats in a few places so you can have a rest and read when you feel like it and they have Starbucks at the back when you'd like to grab a drink and bite too. Helpful staff.

Very good place to buy read and play. Good collection of books and it’s very easy to acces as they arrange very systematic. Always you can get some great deals here. Best place who love books and reading

Good selection of books, I like the Starbucks coffee shop they have in the corner of the store and they do allow you to take books to read while having your coffee which is great place to wind down after work or take the kids during the weekends.

I have purchased a gift for my daughter's birthday at IBB store and made sure that an exchange would be possible in case it was the wrong gift. Unfortunately my daughter received a similar gift and therefore decided to return the unwanted toy which was still in its original box to the MOE store. I was told that refund were not possible and despite me explaining to the store manager that it was unfair to tell me that after I have purchased while someone from another store told me exactly the opposite.Feeling so annoyed to be to told in front of other customers that it was not possible that the staff would have told me such thing, I was treated like a liar. Anyhow, after so many discussions, I left the store without my refund and without the toy as I was extremely disappointed.Unfortunately, we still have some retailers here who don't know how to treat and respect customers.

One of the biggest bookstores chains in UAE, it has so many different types and categories of books.
Also the place has wide varieties of toys and souvenirs, the pave is really big, takes hours to have a deep look at the store.
Each of their stores has a coffee shop which makes it a fantastic place to sit and read or for students to have a group study.response / report this review -

With the renovation of the Mall of the Emirates this has moved to the top floor, next to the entrance of the new cinema. Good selection of books.
