  I have Samsung pay although their machine accept it they dont want to take it, without any good reason. When we return the items they said you don't want okay, carelessness. Not helpful guiders also we were shopping and choosing by our own self and the place was near empty. Very disappointed in each my visit more. Last year I pre booked S7 edge and they mistake me from another person and my promotion of the VR got lost because of them.

  There is always something interesting to find on their shelves. Also, the in-shop DU counter is a plus. There is usually idle staff so no need to go to the dedicated DU store located elsewhere in the mall.

  Thank you Virgin for the worst service and for the poor quality goods you sold to me and rejected when I tried to return it back.. I'm very very sad.. I always think about Virgin like a high quality shop and services but I was wrong..
