  One of the worst experiences ever. Very rude staff. Have given me wrong products in the past and refused to change it. Also have given me a used Etisalat Slip and refused to exchange.

  We usually order through the app from this branch. Sometimes they deliver and sometimes they don’t. If they decide to deliver, then it will be late and if it arrives it won’t be correct. Like tonight, we ordered at 7:00pm and never got the order and we are still waiting. BTW, it’s 10:30pm already.

  I am so disappointed, the guy who answer the phone dont speak english at the same time he’s not listening can you please provide a person that can speak or understand english? How can i make an order if he dont even know what iam talking? Very bad customer service😔

  People working there are basically airheads. They give you the wrong items, come late, are a pain in the ass to communicate with, and always sound like they are doing you a service when you call. Absolute miserable bunch.

  Motorcity Branch:
  The company need to educate their staff and crew.. They are very rude and arrogant to customers. The attitude doesn't reflect and follow what the company is mentioning in their website. Not professional and no respect to customers!!!!

  Terrible service on delivery, high prices which is fine except they deliver the food spoiled and melted. Then they are rude on the phone, and blueMart head office ignore customer emails on the provided website email.
