Very nice flowers, but absolutely terrible customer service experienced there twice in a row now. Seeing all the other recent feedback their management isn’t caring much such a shame!

Wilted flowers and poor customer service.
The arrangements are beautiful but the flowers they sent were wilted and near the end of their life cycle. I was really embarrassed with the recipient of the flowers and I contacted the shop through email. They first seemed to want to fix the situation and then completely ignored me as a customer.response / report this review -

Consistent & Professional. Bliss is a company that provides great attention to detail and even better customer service no matter if you are a person buying flowers for a loved one on a special occasion or looking to have flowers organised for a large event. Have used them for personal and commercial events many times during the last few years and they have always delivered a great product and service. Highly recommended.

Flowers from Bliss are always a talking point in my house. The freshness of the flowers, stunning designs and innovative bouquets never fail to impress. I love their service and professionalism. Their staff are particularly helpful in suggesting colours and themes and I have never been disappointed after following their advice. Fresh flowers make any room welcoming and I highly recommend a trip to Bliss to create that colourful feeling in your home.

I had the most amazing bouquet delivered to my house by Bliss. The varieties of flowers were unusual and the roses even had a lovely scent. I highly recommend flowers from Bliss to my friends and family.
