  Lousy not dependable and ultimately rude!! The worst service ever!!
  At the beginning, I made the order 4 days in advance, received a delivery time frame from 12:00 - 17:00 a 5 hour delivery frame yet they delivered it 90 minutes late! Seriously?! I'm pretty sure if I didn't call every branch in Abu Dhabi to find my delivery, probably it wouldn't have made it.
  Not only that but the flowers arrived but the flowers arrived in a miserable state they looked the opposite of fresh.. Why in the world would I buy it, to receive a late delivery of old flowers
  Additionally, calling the 800 number there is no answer.. After the 29th time they answered and told me they'll contact their driver and ensure the delivery is done on a timely manner.. Of course no one called..
  After finding the branch responsible for the delivery, they finally contact their ultimately rude driver, whom calls me sounding like he kept the flowers in the car all afternoon and went to nap, with ultimate rude attitude asking for my location, and he continues to ask stupid rhetorical questions, for instance, where is the bell?!

  I had the most horrible experience. My delivery was 2 hours late although I called more than 3 times throughout the day to make sure it would come on time. The courier was so rude and kept rejecting my calls. The wrong bouquet was delivered. All this, with no apology. Worst customer service and horrible value for money.

  Pretty poor website that was extremely difficult to navigate and kept crashing.
  
  Waited an hour behind my allocated delivery time but had not heard back from them. Tried calling them but no answer.
  
  I finally received my order about two and a half hours outside the delivery window.
  
  Flowers didn't seem that great for the price I paid. Seems like their quality control has gone down. A real shame.

  My above feedback still stands, however if a company can take the time to call and take constructive feedback and address it this quickly, then it speaks volumes about them.
  
  They will definitely be getting my business again.

  When I moved here from London, I was worried that I would not be able to find beautiful arrangements with gorgeous scentsthen I found Bliss. Without a doubt they are the best florist I have ever encountered. Make sure to get roses from them; they are out of this world in terms of size, color and smell!! They have unbelievable arrangements which are classic yet represent the current trends. Plus, they have great customer service. My go to present for people is a bouquet of Bliss flowers! I would never get flowers anywhere else!

  They manage to delivery a very poor bouquet for the price that was charged to the wrong person with a personalized card that was never retrieved. Communication is zero between them and the delivery, and no urge to solve a problem. Never heard back from them either
