Order the date cardamom late it taste like a true authentic Arabian coffee all in all amazing atmosphere and the place is work friendly

Great coffee great atmosphere. But some of the staffs are quite rudeespecially the cashiershame for such a nice place. Also the price is bit high compare to other artisan coffee places

Amazing interior, very friendly staff, unique cups unlike all the other speciality shops. Big variety in desserts and other savory choices. Great coffee and their cardamom date latte is a great choice for those who like flavoured coffee, not the usual rose and caramel lattes. Definitely a place to go to regularly.

Expensive coffee and the service isn't always great. Having said that, it is a really nice place to sit with friends or to drink coffee while getting some work done. I really like the cold brew coffee, but the prices make this more of a treat than a regular haunt.

I go to Blacksmith quite often as I reside on Saadiyat and have been so since it's establishment in June of this year. First off, the food on offer was fairly good in June but they started offering too many variations which affected the quality. Secondly and most importantly, the coffee was firstly bad (understandable as they were new), then they almost got it correct, but they went bad again and worse than they started. The last time I had their coffee it made me really sick -- the beans they use are not that great and taste inferior to every other coffee shop out there. I own a Linea Mini myself and usually get my beans from specialty coffee stores in Dubai as they have plenty. Bland, bitter and overpriced coffee.

As I saw rave reviews of this new coffee place, I decided to take my date for a cup of coffee. It was a beautiful afternoon (the weather is getting better) and a wonderful drive to Saadiyat Island. Parking was sort of easy although Blacksmith was starting to get crowded. I ordered a latte while my date got a cappuccino. Service was sorta slow. After my date had a couple of sips of her cappuccino, she frowned, said "this is the worst coffee I ever tried and you are a disgrace" and then she stormed out and hailed a cab. I was clueless to what to do and decided to leave and barely had any of my latte. I had a good chance with my date but bad coffee turned everything around.

One of (if not THE) best specialty coffee in Abu Dhabi. Nice vibe and friendly staff. Creative twists on classic drinks. Reasonably priced compared to its peers.

Most reviews here look fake with most only posting this one review.
This place serves mediocre coffee for very high prices. I have had countless coffees around the world and in Dubai/Abu Dhabi and none compare to this. Only once out of 20 times did I get a great cup of coffee at Blacksmith, and at 24 dirhams per cappuccino that’s a very steep price. My friends and family also agree with me. I honestly don’t mind paying as long as I get what I pay for. The very best cappuccinos in Dubai are for 18 max and I’ve been to literally all the specialty coffee shops in Dubai, as can be seen from my reviews history.
Additionally, the quality of the food is inconsistent - sometimes amazing and other times a real letdown.
At least the service and place are excellent. But the owners don’t like to receive feedback from customers as they think they are perfect so don’t bother.response / report this review -

Speciality coffee in Abu Dhabi with a welcoming and calming atmosphere. The bar is engulfed by a beautiful large wooden frame and is designed to make the experience for the customer very easy and pleasant. The interior is spacious with earthy tones, and has a great university vibe. Although it attracts many people from around Saadiyat Island as well as the Capital.
The food menu ranges from breakfast muffins, yogurt and burritos to lunch/dinner salads and sandwiches to the delicious desserts.response / report this review -
