Don't waste your time with this online website, they don't deliver on time if they deliver at all delay after delay and bad excuses all the time.
Bad customer support and YOU need to contact them all the time.
There are so many other shopping websites that delivers what they promise in UAE.

i purchased iPhone 6 plus from minakart trading llc after 10 working days they supplied me with refurbished iPhone 6 plus when contacted by phone the lady starts to explain that we buy our product from our supplier from USA.. they sent us then she starts explaining it has all the warranties and guaranteesi sent them mail which has not yet been replied.

They dont mentioned on online that their products are pre owned..
people just to inform you beware..they sell refurbished goods.

well in the end they not only replied the mail but changed the phone thanks to them .for correcting their mistakethanks minakart

Pathetic Customer Service.
As per website, they mentioned that product will be delivered in 2-3 days.
Even after 15 days, they didn't delivered the product which ordered. After may follow ups, they are coming with an excuse that the product is not in stock.
